Restaurant Review: Soto Soto

Another one of those classy restaurants. Soto Soto is located in Dhow Palace Hotel, Bur Dubai. A small restaurant of about twelve tables, Soto Soto serves authentic Italian food with a wide variety of fine wines. It’s a very nice date place- quiet and comfortable with a fantastic ambiance and reasonable prices. Here’s what we ordered:

1. Red Wine, Long Island Ice Tea, Pina Colada, Fruit Punch.
2. Forgot this one’s name, but it’s an appetizer that had slices of tomatoes and cheese. It was exquisite.
3. Fettuccine with Basil, Spaghetti with marinara sauce and buffalo cheese, Vegetarian Lasagna and a Siciliana Pizza. The Fettuccine and the Spaghetti were lip smacking.
4. Tiramisu, a bowl of fruits with strawberry and mango ice-cream and a cup of espresso with dark chocolates on the side. The Tiramisu was heavenly. The best I have had.

It was a fantastic gastronomic experience. I am definitely going back to Soto Soto. 5 on 5!
